Why should I choose eCoverArtist?

Why can’t I use ebook cover software instead?
You very well could use it... if you’re prepared to spend hours of time figuring out how to adjust reflection angles, drop shadows, lighting variances, and any other number of frustrating variables. Ebook cover software and ebook cover generators further limit any creativity or control over your cover, since you’re forced to use their templates (which are dull and boring at best!). The end result is not really much of a result at all, leaving you back where you started – frustrated and aggravated!

Why can’t I use freely available ebook cover templates?
Again, there’s nothing stopping you from using free ebook cover templates. But why risk your credibility and reputation? Remember, you get what you pay for. Free ebook covers are not customized for your industry, your ebook itself or your target audience.

If your prospective customers see that you haven’t spent much time on the cover of your book, they’ll unfortunately assume that you haven’t spent much time on the information inside either. As a result, you lose their trust and confidence. Not something you want to convey to a potential customer!

How do I order design on an e-book cover (software box, membership card, etc.)?
Ordering a custom e-cover is easy and secure! After submitting your payment, you’ll be directed to an online form where you can add your contact information and details about your e-book (sending the e-book itself is not necessary). Then, simply submit the form to us, and you can expect to have a custom design within 3 business days (usually much sooner!)

I already have an existing logo for the site which sells my digital product. Can you incorporate my logo onto my new cover?
Absolutely! Simply send it to logos (at) ecoverartist .com and I’ll make sure it blends in seamlessly with your new ecover design!

How do you accept payment?
You can pay directly online using the free Paypal service (you don’t even need an account with them) to or by check or money order (in US dollars) to

What’s the turnaround time on ecover design?
You should expect to receive the first draft of your e-cover within 3 business days (usually much sooner!) After that, any suggestions or revisions you’d like made will be done promptly and emailed to you for your feedback.

Do you just design ecovers?

What if I don’t like my ebook cover design?
Don’t worry! I’ll work with you every step of the way to ensure that your finished e-cover exceeds your expectations! I welcome your feedback on how I can make your e-cover look even better than you imagined, so don’t be shy about offering suggestions. I’d be glad to revise your cover to suit your needs, but if you’re still not happy after a complete revision, we’ll call it quits and I’ll happily refund your money within 30 days of your order – no questions asked, and no hard feelings :-)

What size and format will my e-cover be?
Your cover will be sent to you in several different sizes so you can use it on your website or within your ebook itself. Your eBook cover will most likely be in .JPG format which is a universal web graphic format. eBook covers are NOT suitable for use as print book covers.

How will I receive my final e-cover?
You can choose to have it emailed directly to you, or I’ll provide you with a link from my website where you can download the cover at your convenience.
